 Beyond the Crown: Building the Woman Behind the Title is an executive-style pageant preparation course from Still Standing in Heels Consulting, LLC that treats competition as a leadership development lab rather than a beauty contest. Across eleven sections, it guides contestants from understanding the modern, platform-driven pageant landscape through building a champion's mindset, defining a personal mission, and developing an authentic personal brand and advocacy platform. The heart of the program focuses on interview excellence and communication—first impressions, answering with confidence, storytelling, and avoiding common mistakes—alongside practical strategy for wardrobe and image, social media and digital reputation, and preparation timelines that front-load the highest-impact work like interview and stage rehearsal. Later sections extend the lessons beyond the stage, covering how to stay "on" as a titleholder, handle challenges and unexpected moments, build a support team, and translate poise and presence into lasting executive leadership and community impact, closing with a self-assessment and knowledge review. Throughout, the throughline is that confidence is engineered through disciplined preparation and that a title is a starting point for service and influence, not the finish line. 

5 hours remotely. Can be taken "on demand" remotely. Client will have access to the course for 30 days. Certificate of completion given at end of course. No final exam. Comes with course workbook.
